Parents are eligible for M.A.R.C.H. services if:
- They are divorced, or if they have never been married to each other and are separated; and
- If an administrative order for child support or a judicial order exists, it is in a participating M.A.R.C.H. judicial circuit or if one parent resides in a participating judicial circuit (although contract attorney services may not be available if eligibility is based only upon parental residence); and
- Both parents give their consent to use mediation to resolve a dispute regarding parenting time, custody, child support, transportation responsibilities, health care coverage, health or safety of their children, or other issues related to their children.
You may contact our offices if you wish to receive more information.
