BOARD OF DIRECTORS Under the not-for-profit corporation structure adopted by M.A.R.C.H. Inc. in 1999, the organization is governed by a nine-member board of directors, each of whom resides or works in a judicial circuit involved in the M.A.R.C.H. program. A board member’s term is for three years, although some initial terms are staggered so that the terms of no more than one-third of the directors shall be completed each year. ADVISORY COMMITTEE Each judicial circuit in which M.A.R.C.H. has agreed to provide mediation services is asked to recommend two members to the M.A.R.C.H. Advisory Committee. The M.A.R.C.H. board has also created the following positions on the Advisory Committee: two At Large to be named by the board of directors; one to be named by the Missouri Bar Association, Family Law Section; one to be named by the Association of Missouri Mediators (AMM); one to be named by the Office of State Courts Administrator (OSCA); a mental health professional to be named by the board of directors; and the M.A.R.C.H. Contract Manager with the Missouri Division of Child Support Enforcement (DCSE). Advisors serve at the pleasure of the board, may serve on M.A.R.C.H. committees and may serve as officers. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE The Executive Committee consists of the officers of M.A.R.C.H. Inc. plus the Executive Director. OFFICERS The officers of M.A.R.C.H. Inc. shall consist of President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer. The duties of the officers shall be as described in the bylaws.
