16-hour Core Mediation Training pursuant to MO Supreme Court Rule 17 and KS Supreme Court Rule 914
Cost: $450 {Mediator Refresher $225 per day}

Thursday, March 4, 2021, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday, March 5, 2021, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Approved by the MO Bar for 18.0 hours and 1.0 ethics hours of CLE
Approved for 16 MO Social Worker CEUs
KS approved 20 CDRE (pending)

Program topics include: conflict theory; negotiation theory; communications theory; theories and styles of mediation; mediation process from initial meeting to agreement writing; practical skills, strategies, and techniques for working with conflict and breaking impasse; mediator ethics; balancing power; financial issues; differences between business, civil, and family disputes.
