Danyiel D. Barber, JD started with M.A.R.C.H. Mediation as a case coordinator in April 2024. She received training and certification as a domestic mediator in June 2024. Her role at M.A.R.C.H. continues to evolve. She is currently the Director of Services.
Danyiel has compassion for children and families in need which makes her a dedicated resource both as a mediator and as a representative for M.A.R.C.H.
She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law. Family Law was her primary focus during her law studies. When she wasn’t in class or studying, she worked for the Family and Child Services Clinic and the Self-Help Clinic, representing low-income parties in family law cases and helping Pro Se parties complete necessary paperwork for filing.
The five words that would best describe Danyiel are passionate, bold, funny, stylish, and personable. When she isn’t making her colleagues laugh in the M.A.R.C.H. office, she is spending time with her husband, her teenage son, and her house full of 9 animals.
