Eligible families in Missouri can receive up to four hours of free mediation per year.
​Families that are eligible for free mediation are also eligible for free legal services to assist with court document filing, and supervised visitation
services.
Mediation is available in-person, by phone, or by virtual methods.

In-person Mediation Option: Typically involves the parents and the mediator in one room. The mediator may "caucus" with the parties; thereby, meeting with each parent individually prior to or throughout the session. A standard MARCH mediation session is two hours in length.

Phone or Virtual Mediation Option: Typically involves both parents and the mediator on the phone or virtual call together. The mediator may "caucus" with the parties; thereby, meeting with each parent individually prior to or throughout the session. A standard MARCH mediation session is two hours in length.

​M.A.R.C.H. Fee for Service program
When parties aren't eligible for free mediation, M.A.R.C.H. provides in-person, phone, or virtual mediation options at an out of pocket cost of $200 per parent for 2 hours of mediation.
