Since 1995, Angela has worked with the Volunteer Attorney Project in Kansas City which provides impoverished area residents with free legal representation for their problems.  Her efforts positively impact the lives of the least fortunate in our community, and it is what continues to motivate Angela to do the best job possible for her clients.

Angela received her JD from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Law and is the principal of Spitaleri Law Firm, LLC, licensed in Missouri and Kansas. Angela focuses her practice on a wide range of family law including divorce, paternity, guardianship, modifications of child support/custody/alimony, name changes, orders of protection, and pre/postnuptial agreements. Additionally, she assists families in resolving their issues as a registered Guardian ad Litem and trained mediator.

Arden attended Purdue University receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business with a focus on Finance. Arden then attended the University of Kansas School of Law. After graduation, Arden worked for Kansas Legal Services, where they practiced in the Low Income Taxpayer Clinic and the Parent Advocate Program, working primarily on tax, family law, and protection order cases. Arden joined Madeline to open Missouri Kansas Queer Law. Arden is licensed in Kansas and Missouri.

Christa received her JD from Oklahoma City University in 2004. She specializes in litigation, criminal law, environmental law, and legal writing, among many other focuses.

Danyiel graduated from the UMKC School of Law in 2022 with an emphasis in Family Law. She began working in the private sector immediately, but soon moved to the public sector to better serve families in Missouri.

Dawn is the Executive Director of M.A.R.C.H., Inc. and a respected pioneer in the mediation field. She has been mediating since 2003 and is the creator of a Trauma Informed Mediation Model. She holds a Masters (MA) in Clinical Psychology from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in Psychology from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.

Emily has resided in Missouri and Kansas her whole life, growing up in rural Missouri and moving to Kansas during law school. She attended Truman State University, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Communication (minoring in Political Science), then the University of Missouri—Kansas City School of Law for her JD.

​Gregory received his JD from the University of Missouri - KS in 1991. His primary area of practice is Family Law, including custody, modifications, paternity, child support, and mediation. His practice also includes the areas of Criminal Law, Juvenile Law, probate, and traffic defense. He also frequently serves as a Guardian ad Litem.

Jessica received her JD from Arizona Summit Law School in 2014. She is an active attorney in the Kansas City legal community, as well as a certified mediator and Guardian ad Litem. She is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Association for Missouri Mediators, as well as other legal and community organizations.

Joshua holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in International Criminal Law from St. Mary’s University School of Law, earned in May 2019. He completed his Juris Doctorate in December 2017 at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law. Prior to his legal studies, Joshua obtained a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico in May 2014, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Puerto Rico in December 2012. With a solid academic background and a commitment to client advocacy, Joshua is fully licensed to practice law in Missouri.

​Kristen received her JD from the University of Kansas in 2010. She is the founding attorney of Buzzelli Law. She specializes in divorce and child custody cases, among other specialties.

Kristy is a graduate from the UMKC School of Law. She created Borders Law Firm, LLC in 2019.Before becoming an attorney, Kristy was a Private Investigator and Process Server.  Her extensive experience with investigating means that she will look into areas other attorneys may miss.

4 Families is a non-profit organization in Olathe, KS whose mission is to protect childhoods by supporting families experiencing parental separation. Our mission is focused on ensuring every child has the opportunity for a stable and nurturing environment, even while facing the challenges of family transitions. We do this by offering comprehensive, trauma-informed, and child-focused services to families regardless of their financial situation. We provide a range of services, including: 
Supervised visitation, Supervised exchanges, Family therapy, Child therapy, Individual therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT)

Additionally, our Program Director is a BeH2O™ Certified Coach. This program teaches parents a child-focused joint parenting approach. The program empowers parents to adopt the “be water” strategy when navigating co-parenting, helping to extinguish conflict and minimize collateral damage to children.

Lisa has been practicing family law since 2007 after graduating from The University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2005. Before attending law school, Lisa worked as a social worker for 11 years - receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the University of Nevada-Reno in 1990, and her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Kansas in 1999.
