This Kansas-approved mediation practicum is a supervised, hands-on training experience where participants apply mediation theory and skills in real or simulated cases under the guidance of a Kansas-approved Mentor Mediator. It bridges classroom learning with practical application, allowing trainees to practice managing conflict dynamics, facilitating structured dialogue, maintaining neutrality, and guiding parties toward agreement while receiving individualized feedback.
