Because Every Child Deserves to be Celebrated

Operation Celebration is a child-centered outreach program of MARCH Inc. that provides birthday celebration bags to children (ages 1-17). For many families navigating financial hardship, birthdays can quietly pass without recognition. Operation Celebration steps in to change that—one child, one birthday at a time.

Each birthday bag is thoughtfully prepared with cake ingredients, party supplies, and an age-appropriate gift, helping children feel seen, valued, and worthy of joy. While simple in concept, the impact is powerful: a moment of happiness, a sense of normalcy, and the message that you matter.
