Charles began his mediation training at The Mediation Center of Wichita, Wichita KS January 21, 2021. He earned his Masters of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Wichita Ks. 2015 and BA of Business Quality Management from Southwestern College in 2002. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he worked with people of different cultures from many different countries, as well as having an eclectic history of professional titles gives him unique insights on alternate methods of communication as well as finding common ground, even in difficult situations.

Shawna received her Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from Ft. Hays State University in 2006. She received her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Friends University in 2016. Shawna is a Clinically Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice as well as a Board approved Clinical Supervisor. In the past she has served as President for Tri-County CASA, Guardian for Kansas Guardianship Program, Educational Advocate. Shawna is adding numerous roles within Dispute Resolution to her private practice. She looks forward to expanding ways to help families.
