James Beal concentrates his practice in probate administration and litigation, estate planning, and select matters involving family law disputes including custody, modification, and divorce. In addition, he handles a limited number of civil disputes for select clients, and pro bono services for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. James is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell, reflecting the highest possible peer-reviewed rating for legal ability and ethical standards.

Leslie Williams, J.D., Mediator/Contract Attorney

Blue Springs, MO 

A native of Kansas City, Leslie graduated from Blue Springs High School in 1997. Before she became an attorney at law she studied business administration and received her bachelor’s degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She continued her studies at the UMKC Law School. In 2004, she graduated with her law degree as well as a master’s in business administration, making her a well-rounded attorney at law.

Meredith received her JD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. She founded Meredith Morrow Illa, LLC law firm in 2009 and specializes in family law, guardianships and conservatorships, among many other specialties including Guardian Ad Litem.

M.A.R.C.H., Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which does accept voluntary contributions from corporate sponsors and private individuals to help promote mediation education and public awareness.
