During this time, she will be helping with the Recharge & Regroup groups, parent visits, outreach activities, and other projects to support M.A.R.C.H staff. and Missouri families.  
Nikki graduated from Missouri State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Child and Family Development.
