All service providers engaged by M.A.R.C.H. are independent contractors. Independent contractors are solely responsible for the professional services they provide, including their professional judgment, communications, recommendations, reports, and compliance with applicable laws, ethical standards, licensing requirements, and court rules.

While M.A.R.C.H. carefully screens and contracts with qualified professionals, M.A.R.C.H. does not control the day-to-day professional decisions or conduct of independent contractors and makes no guarantees regarding the outcome of any service provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, M.A.R.C.H. Inc., its Board of Directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to the acts, omissions, advice, recommendations, or professional services provided by an independent contractor.

Any concerns regarding the services provided by an independent contractor should be directed to the contractor and, where appropriate, to the applicable licensing or regulatory authority.
